Medical Disclaimer

Velvet Couture Medspa does not sell or dispense prescription medications. All medications are prescribed only after a medical evaluation by a licensed provider. Prescriptions, when approved, are fulfilled and shipped by licensed U.S. partner pharmacies in compliance with state and federal law.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical services, consultation fees are non-refundable once a medical review has occurred.

If a patient is deemed ineligible for treatment during the provider evaluation, any unused program fees (excluding consultation fees) will be refunded.

Prescription medications cannot be refunded once processed by the pharmacy.

Patients may cancel subscription-based programs prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

Velvet Couture Medspa PLLC – Cancellation Policy

Appointments and program enrollments are reserved specifically for each patient and require provider time and administrative preparation.

Appointments

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Telemedicine Consultations

  • Telemedicine consultation fees are non-refundable once the medical intake has been reviewed or the consultation has occurred.

  • If a consultation is canceled prior to medical review, the fee may be refunded or credited at the discretion of Velvet Couture Medspa PLLC.

Medical Programs & Subscriptions

  • Patients may cancel subscription-based programs prior to the next billing cycle by contacting the office.

  • Once a provider evaluation has occurred and/or a prescription has been issued, program fees are non-refundable.

Prescription Medications

  • Prescription medications cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted to the dispensing pharmacy.

  • Velvet Couture Medspa PLLC does not dispense or ship medications.

Provider Eligibility
