Appointments and program enrollments are reserved specifically for each patient and require provider time and administrative preparation.
Appointments
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Telemedicine Consultations
- Telemedicine consultation fees are non-refundable once the medical intake has been reviewed or the consultation has occurred.
- If a consultation is canceled prior to medical review, the fee may be refunded or credited at the discretion of Velvet Couture Medspa PLLC.
Medical Programs & Subscriptions
- Patients may cancel subscription-based programs prior to the next billing cycle by contacting the office.
